Terms of use
These terms cover the site llmfrance.com and the contact form on it. The site publishes a free course about how AI systems describe small accounting studios. It sells nothing — no visibility service, no audit, no guaranteed mentions, no advertising.
1. Using the site
The lectures set out, in good faith, how AI systems tended to read public accounting-studio evidence at the time of writing. Each describes observed behaviour, not legal, tax or commercial advice, and not a verdict on any studio. They promise no rankings, no guaranteed mentions and no privileged access to a model. Decisions you take from the material remain your own.
Bulk scraping of the lectures and republishing long passages without credit are not allowed. Linking and short quotation with a named source are welcome.
2. The contact form
Sending the form is not an offer, a contract or a promise on either side. It is simply a tidy way to pass along context. A reply comes when the question can be answered usefully; sending the form creates no right to a particular answer or a fixed response time.
A message may go unanswered if it sits well outside the course’s subject or if there is no time to give it a proper reply. That is never a judgement on you or on the studio you describe.
3. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for use of this free material is limited. The lectures describe AI behaviour, which shifts with model updates, platform policy, the wording of a query and time; nothing here guarantees whether or how any system will name or describe a particular studio. Liability is not excluded for intent, fraud or gross negligence, or wherever the law forbids exclusion.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state where the site is hosted, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
5. Changes to these terms
These terms change as the course evolves. The "Updated" date at the top marks the version in force.
